| Tier 3 | Top Rotation Caliber | Front-line ability but some question marks. | |||
| Tier 4 | Mid Rotation with Upside | Flashes of excellence but lower floors. | |||
| Tier 5 | Gate Keepers | Dependabley average, unlikely to be much more. | |||
| Tier 6 | Big Time Prospects | Lots of upside and prospect pedigree. | |||
| Tier 7 | Prove-It Youngsters | Promising but need to see more to believe. | |||
| Tier 8 | Fringe Rotation | Happy to just crack the rotation. | |||
