Front-line ability but some question marks.

Flashes of excellence but lower floors.

Tier 5: Gate Keepers
Dependably average, unlikely to be much more.

Tier 6: Big Time Prospects
Lots of upside and prospect pedigree.

Promising but need to see more to believe.
